Children in Need 2025! We completed maths, art, dance and science challenges to earn all the things we needed for a Pudsey Party! It’s been a great day! Thank you for all the donations.

Arts Week 2025! The children have really shown their creative side this week making beautiful artwork, dancing and playing music, all in celebration of the carnival of the animals. A super week was had by all.

We can’t believe it’s the end of the first half term! Ladybird children have had a fantastic start to school and we are so proud of all of them. We ended the half term with a really exciting day celebrating people who help us. We solved the mystery of our missing cat using the help of police, firefighters and vets. Thankfully WALT is now back safe and sound in the class ready to help us learn. Have a great half term!

It’s been another busy week here in Ladybird Class. We’ve had a great time learning about builders. We also had 2 special visitors in to see us.

This week we have been learning all about hospitals and were lucky to have two special visitors come and talk to us. We also gained all our ladybird puzzle pieces so had our class treat of a disco and biscuits! It was very good fun!

Wow! What a super and busy week we have had in school! We walked to the post box to post our letters, had a visit from a firefighter, played in the mud kitchen and made marmalade sandwiches just like Paddington!

We had a fun week leaning all about police and solving the mystery of what happened to Humpty Dumpty. We were very excited to meet a real Police Officer!

Ladybirds had another fantastic week settling into school. We have been learning about firefighters and had our first Forest School afternoon which was lots of fun!

Wow Ladybird Class! What a fabulous first week in school you have all had. We are so proud of each and every one of you and are really looking forward to the year ahead!
