Welcome to the Marnel Infant School community. We are really looking forward to getting to know you and your children over the next academic year. Here you will find all the information you will need as new starters to our school.
Transition Events:

Survey Monkey - sent out Monday 15th June. Complete by by Friday 26th June.

Class information sent out via e-mail - Tuesday 7th July by 5pm.

Summer Fayre – Friday 19th June, 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Open evening - Thursday 25th June, 3.30 – 5.30pm

Forest School open afternoon - Monday 29th June , 1.30 – 2.30pm – parents must attend.

Story Time with their new class/ class teacher - Monday 13th July, 10am – 10.30am and ‘Meet the teacher’.
First Dates September 2026:

Meet the Teacher - Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd September - children will get their book bag and water bottle.

Stay and play - Thursday 3rd September, 9.30am – 1.15pm (without parents). This will include lunch.

Stay and play - Friday 4th September, 9am – 2.30pm (without parents). This will include lunch.

All children full-time – Monday 7th September, 8.30am – 3.10pm
