RISE - Reception Network
Marnel Community Infants School is proud to be part of the RISE Reception Schools Network.
The programme forms part of the RISE universal offer of support to share excellent reception year practice across schools. Marnel Infant School is delighted to be one of five schools supporting the South East region.
All of our virtual and in-person network meetings have been filled with really inspiring conversation, with like minded colleagues, around good practice and getting it right for the children in Reception. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you all along next academic year!
"I wanted to send a huge thank you for the talk and tour this morning. The visit was incredibly useful in giving me a guiding light to aim for. As I have already said, as an EYFS novice, it has been great to see other schools and the wonderful provision in place. What we do for our SEN pupils supports all learners and I was blown away by the resourcing and smooth systems in place." Network Attendee, June 2026
"Your staff were welcoming, professional, kind and so incredibly passionate in what they do. School staff do not always get the thanks they deserve but I know that today will have been an extra thing to organise and supervise. Please thank them all of putting up with us wandering through and asking lots of questions." Network Attendee, June 2026
