Congratulations everyone on another super week. There are some very hungry caterpillars lurking among these photos; I wonder if you can spot them. Have a lovely half term break...
A little something from all of us that we would like to share with you...
Saturday 23rd May
Good morning everyone,
What another super week we have had. We hope you have enjoyed the learning activities we have set for you; we have certainly enjoyed seeing what you have been doing and how hard you have all been working. Eric Carle is a brilliant author; there is a little bit of teaching in all of his books! Don’t forget to ask your mum or dad to let your teacher know how many times you have read this week so we can celebrate all those Star Readers each week.
Now it is the weekend and we thought you might like some more ideas of what you could get up to both inside and out. We would love to see any photos or videos of what you get up to and how creative you can be! Remember to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. The weather is beautiful at the moment and there are a lot more insects flying about. Stand still and look with your very best looking eyes and see how many you can spot.
I will also put some activities on SeeSaw on Monday that you might like to do in half term. There are some science, art and outdoor activities.
Take care, stay safe and as always remember to keep listening to your grown-ups. We look forward to finding out what you have been doing.
Welcome to Giraffe we are very excited to teach your children this Year. If you have any questions please feel free to write in your child's reading diary or ask the teacher at the end of the school day.
